Using a variety of techniques, pressure, and movements, massage is designed to support both your physical and mental well-being. While research on massage is still growing, many studies suggest it may help with concerns such as anxiety, stress-related insomnia, headaches, low back pain, nerve pain, sports injuries, jaw pain (TMJD), digestive issues, and chronic tension in the neck and upper back.
